“Iyengar yoga with Sarmīte is a wonderful experience I treat myself to every Monday evening, and it’s honestly hard to describe – it simply needs to be experienced. After yoga, I feel amazing, not just physically (I’m relaxed and stretched, and I can feel my muscles even though the poses don’t look very demanding) but mentally, too.
